4. Contract Stage
Once the design and scope are finalized, we present a detailed contract outlining the work, timeline, and pricing. This ensures transparency and sets clear expectations before we begin.
5. Ordering Everything For Your Project
After the contract is signed, we order all materials and fixtures needed to complete your remodel. We coordinate deliveries to minimize delays and keep the project moving smoothly.
6. Permitting/HOA Approval Process If Required
If permits or HOA approvals are required, we handle the paperwork and submissions on your behalf. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process to avoid surprises.
7. Remodeling Starts
Our skilled crew gets to work transforming your space with professionalism and care. We maintain a clean job site and communicate progress regularly to keep you in the loop.
8. Project Review / Punch Out
Once construction wraps up, we walk through the project with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. Any final touch-ups or corrections are promptly addressed.
9. Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind our work with a comprehensive workmanship warranty, giving you peace of mind long after the project is complete. If anything arises, we’re just a call away.
